Tasting Platter:

Insalata (GL)
Arugula salad tossed with strawberries, red onions, balsamic vinaigrette and Parmiggiano cheese; and
Burrata (GL)
Served with a red endive salad and balsamic caviar; and
Scampi Fritti
Panko crusted lightly fried shrimp on a bed of a cucumber & fennel salad; and
Arancini
Risotto rice ball stuffed with mozzarella on a bed of salsa Puttanesca.



Primi:

Black Trumpet Gnocchi (GL)
House made potato dumplings tossed with black Trumpet mushrooms. Finished with shaved white Truffle cheese; or
*Ravioli d’Amore
Ravioli stuffed with Alaskan crab meat. Served with shrimp and English peas in a creamy Prosecco reduction.



Secondi:

*Halibut (GL)
Pan seared and served with a zucchini quinoa cake. Finished with a Marsala wine and Pomodori di San Marzano sauce; or
*Colorado Rack of Lamb
Encrusted with pistachio breadcrumbs. Served with roasted fingerling potatoes and sautéed broccoli florets. Finished with Peppino’s signature basil pesto; or
*Filetto di Manzo (GL)
Served with a potato cake and sautéed spinach. Finished with a Chianti veal demi glaze reduction; or
Vegetable Torino (GL)
Mixed seasonal vegetables, pan seared and layered in between Ricotta and smoked mozzarella. Finished with white Truffle cream sauce.
