Insalata (GL)
Arugula salad tossed with strawberries, red onions, balsamic vinaigrette and Parmiggiano cheese;. and
Burrata (GL)
Alternating Mozzarella Burrata & vine ripened tomato; drizzled with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic reduction; and
Arancini
Risotto rice balls prepared Two ways; stuffed with mozzarella on a bed of tomato confit and wild mushrooms over a white truffle cream sauce.



Primi:

Spinach Gnocchi (GL)
Housemade potato and spinach dumplings tossed in a gorgonzola and apricot cream sauce; or
*Ravioli d’Amore
Ravioli stuffed with braised short ribs and Pecorino. Finished with a Chianti veal demi glaze and shaved Parmiggiano.



Secondi:

*Seasonal Fish (GL)
Pan seared and served with roasted baby Brussels sprouts. Finished with a creamy Prosecco wine tarragon shrimp sauce; or
*Colorado Rack of Lamb (GL)
Encrusted with pistachio breadcrumbs. Served with roasted fingerling potatoes and sautéed broccoli rabe. Finished with a honey Dijon reduction; or
*Filetto di Manzo (GL)
Served with a potato cake and sautéed spinach. Finished with a Chianti veal demi glaze reduction; or
Funghi Gratinati (GL)
Casserole of wild mushrooms sautéed with garlic, olive oil and Parmiggiano cheese. Topped with smoked mozzarella and finished with a touch of Truffle oil.
